Hello Carol, You will need to measure the resistance of the temperature sensor WB23X5340 and if it reads about 1100 ohms at room temperature, (70°F), you will need to then perform the same test from the control end of the sensor harness, (2 white wires from pin 4 to pin 6 on the harness while unplugged from the board, testing the wires back toward the sensor). A difference in the reading indicates a bad harness while no problem found indicates a problem with the control WB27K5195. If there is an issue with this control you will have to contact a company such as Corecentric Solutions 866-737-2244/ corecentricsolutions.com to see if you can get this board repaired since this part has been discontinued by the manufacturer and no satisfactory substitutions have been provided.
