Jeff for Model Number JBP30BA4 Our oven temperature is highly unpredictable. Sometimes will not reach above 200, bit sometimes will go up to 450-500 when set to 350. Other times it works fine. We changed the controller/brain already and it did not help the problem. I’m now thinking this must be the thermostat/sensor. Am I correct this time?
Answer Jeff, the oven sensor reads the temperature as ohms of resistance and tells the control board what the temperature is.
