Answer Regina, with the range unplugged, the switch WB24T10025 would need to be tested (while the switch is in the off position) for continuity from L1 to H1, and from L2 to H2. The wires at these terminals will also need to be tested for any continuity to the frame. If there is continuity to the frame, then a wire is grounded out and would need to be traced. If there is not continuity between the switch terminals or the wires (to the frame) then the switch is not opening contacts properly. Read More...
