Les for Model Number htdx100em8ww The knobs keep breaking. Could you tell me what is causing this? The repairman said it's because they turn the timer knob backward. We have replaced it 3 or 4 times. Do we need a new timer or is what the repairman is saying true and the knob should not be turned backward?
