Mike for Model Number WLSR2000G2WW Ge Washer I was unable to select a cycle for the washer to work using the knob. I picked up a new knob, and it works better. The problem is that I know that the plastic part that the knob engages, isn't engaging very well. I don't know what part I need to get. The Once the washer is going, it usually works ok. BUT, it will get stuck on the white cycle from time to time. Do I need a new timer? Does the timer come with the white teeth that engage the teeth on the knob? Sorry if the questions are elementary. Thanks in advance.
Answer Mike, from the information given it sounds like you need to replace the timer WH12X10338. If needed the dial is part number WH11X10049. Thanks! Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Wednesday, April 17, 2013
