Tuan for Model Number Kenmore Elite 79574023411 Year 2015 Our freezer was initially not keeping things completely frozen. I cleared everything out of the freezer. I did troubleshooting on the circuit board on the back with the test button and none of the green lights were flashing. The fans and compressor/condenser seem to be working (are vibrating and are warm to the touch). Neither the fridge nor the freezer are cold enough; they are cool, but not cold enough to be at the correct temp. The ice maker in the door has also stopped working. I ordered a replacement for the thermistor because I tested it and it said it was at 2.3 OHM. What do you think I should be checking next if the it is not the thermistor? Could it be the control assembly? Or is it something else? What else should I troubleshoot?
