Eric L for Model Number LFX31945ST/02 Hello our fridge is not cooling, I've open up the bottom to see the coil had frozen in the freezer. Now that I found my problem I was wondering if it could be the fan part#[EAU60694510] reason why is that it's not consistently on. I have no clue if it should. Thanks for your time. Eric
Answer Eric, The coils in the freezer being frozen would be a issue with the defrost system. You will want to check the heater and the controller assembly to make sure they have continuity.
