Matt for Model Number LFX31925ST/04 There are to control assemblies. What is the difference? Refrigerator Control Assembly Part Number: AP5325101 Defrost Control Assembly Part Number: AP6004251 I have an Error code r DH whih leads me to the defrost assembly. Is there anohter assembly which would throw the same error? Should I get both just in case?
Answer Matt, It may not be the control board but the sensor for the defrost that is faulty. It would be recommended to test this sensor for resistance and the fuse for continuity. If the fuse does not have continuity then you would need to replace the assembly 6615JB2005R. If the resistance is off with the sensor then the assembly will need to be replaced. If both check ok then check the heater to make sure that it is good. If it is good then the main control board will be the issue.the only difference between the 2 parts is one is for the refrigerator and the other for the freezer. Read More...
