Sam I replaced the drum seals and put the LG washer back together. The unit works great. However when I tested it water flowed from the front of the detergent drawer. The only way I could fix it was to remove the mushroom looking piece and the plastic piece it sits in. I ordered a new part thinking the old one might be damaged in some way. However right now the unit is working great and I am hesitant to put the new part back in. Is it necessary?
