John for Model Number LG TROMM DLE5955W Cooling light stays on, no heat to dryer. I tested and changed out thermal fuse. Tested heating element and it checks out ok according to directions. Exhaust is clean and clear. changed PCB board, still no heat and cooling light stays on. Even though continuity check on heating element shows it is ok, maybe i need to send back the PCB board and get a new heating element? i'm getting pretty good and taking this dryer apart, but am ready for it to work.
