Donna I. for Model Number DLE 5977S Dryer just quit working. Replaced main control board & plug, pushed button, still no power. Light inside drum does not work either.
Answer Hello Donna. You need to test the thermal fuse and thermostat 6931EL3001E and make sure they aread closed on the unit. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
