Sammie for Model Number LG WM2016CW After thumping an unbalanced load last week, my washer stopped working. Took it apart and saw that there was fraying in the wires coming from the main power board to the control panel. Replaced the wires with a new set, but still having the same problem. Machine will beep when I press the power button, but no lights come on in the display. Do you think a new control panel will fix this? Could the problem with the wires have affected the control panel?
