Joe for Model Number wm2801hla My washer freezes after it completes the cycle. What would cause this to happen, and what part do I need to replace ?
Answer Joe, Since the washer works once it's reset the most likely issue is a "glitch" in the user interface/ display board assembly EBR61020701. You want to check and make sure there aren't any loose connections, unplug and re attach the connectors between the two boards, If the problem persists, replace the display board assembly.
