Jason for Model Number 795.71063011 KENMORE ELITE 795.71063011 Freezer section properly freezing but there's a lot of frost Fridge section not quite cold enough all three fans are running (two in freezer section one in fridge) when the fridge starts there is a knocking or clicking noise for a few seconds that I can not locate it's is not from the fans or the compressor, not sure if this has anything to do with the temp issue? Is there a damper door on this model that could be sticking ? I can not locate one! or is it the sensor that's my problem?
Answer Hello Jason. The knocking noise is most likely a fan hitting ice. You will need to determine which part is bad by testing them with a meter. Make sure the heater and sensors are good. If so, that leaves the main board. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
