Bill for Model Number LMXS28626S/00 My freezer is cold but not cold enough to keep things frozen and my ice machine isn’t making ice. The refrigerator seems to be working and keeping my food cold but the freezer isn’t keeping things frozen. The blower fans in the freezer are running and blow cold air. The compressor also seems to be running. I checked the temperature sensor but am not too sure how many ohms it needs to be reading? Thermistor seems to check out. Coils in the back are clean.. not too sure where to go from here? Thanks.
Answer Hello Bill, you can check the freezer evaporator coils for full frost , but likely they will be only partially frosted, this sounds like a sealed system problem and would require a service technician to check further.
