Jim for Model Number LFXS297665 Refrigerator freezer is not cooling. I have lights and I can feel air flow from the fan at the back bottom of the refrigerator. I checked the temp sensor from the top of the inside of refrigerator and measures 11k ohms at room temperature (68F°). Is the sensor bad? is this the only item to check and how?
Answer Jim, The sensor sounds like it is good and if it is just the refrigerator section that is not cooling then check for a defrost issue in the freezer and also check to make sure that the damper in the refrigerator at the bottom of the cover in the back is working.
