My refrigerort and freezer both not cooling, the fan at the back is working fine, compressor is hot and looks like working, the evaporator fan at the bottom freezer is not spinning so i guess this needs to replaced. but i saw there are two fans there. question is can the evaporator fan make the refrrigertor and freezer not cooling 2. question Does my model have two fans?
Answer Hello Abdul, this ref has dual evaporator coils, (ref and frez) for both sections to be not cooling based on your observations this is likely a sealed system problem, and suggest a service tech be contacted to check further, the freezer uses 2 fan motors, the middle is for freezer cooling and the left one is for the ice maker.
