Answer

Ken, There should be a damper behind the cover in the back of the refrigerator section. You will want to check to make sure that this damper is not stuck open. If stuck open it will need to be replaced. You would also want to check the thermistors to see if they are reading within proper resistance range. If they are then they are good. The resistance range would be at -4 degrees 77K ohms, at 23 degrees F 38.4K ohms, at 32 degrees F 30K ohms, and at 41 degrees F 24.1K ohms. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html
