Ray for Model Number LFCS27596S/00 Hi, Food is freezing in the top shelf, mostly on the right side, and in the drawers. The freezer also has excessive frost. I have removed most of the items from the top shelf and set the unit to 2/40 for freezer and fridge. Middle shelf reads 35F and top shelf reads 32 F. Is this a sensor issue or would simply defrosting help? Unit doesn't show any error codes. Do I have to work the control panel to get them displayed? Thanks, Ray
Answer Ray, as there is excessive frost in the freezer, it would be recommended that the door gaskets be inspected for an air leak. The left ADX73550628 and right ADX73550627 refrigerator door gaskets should especially be inspected along the bottom as this can cause warm air to get in the bottom, causing cold air to be called for and being colder at the top.
