Jerry for Model Number WT5001CW I've noticed on my top load LG that: 1) the water level is much higher than normal, 2) the Cycle TIMER takes a lot longer to count to zero. Perhaps with so much more water being added, it slows the countdown process. Can you help with both questions? Do I need to change the Water Pressure Switch? Thank you!
Answer Jerry, For the unit getting too much water in it then this would likely be caused by a faulty pressure switch. The part number for the pressure switch would be 6501EA1001R. You will also want to check to make sure that the water valve is not allowing water to flow in when the unit is not calling for water. Read More...
