Rita for Model Number LDC22720ST Have the new light switch ordered from your company. I can't get the old switch out. Followed the video, used the flat screwdriver, pliers, putty knife. it won't budge, any suggestions/tips will be greatly appreciated.
Answer Rita, on the side that the door hits first is an arm that locks the switch into place. The putty knife would have to catch this arm to be able to push it towards the switch body so that it allows the switch to be rotated up from that side.
