Troy for Model Number MCBR360S My refrigerator makes no sound when plugged in. Upon inspection I found that the PTC starter (part#AP4564800) gets very hot but no other activity with fridge. Can this be as simple as replacing the PTC starter? I have had this fridge approx. 10 years and have replace the thermostat. It has been a great fridge and hope to extends its life? R/ Troy
