Rickr, You will wan to check the frost pattern of the coil in the fresh food compartment. If there is a full frost pattern then check to make sure that there is power going to the fan motor. If the coils are impacted with ice then check the defrost sensor, defrost heater and the defrost bi-metal. If there is no frost pattern at all then this would be a sealed system issue and will need service.
