Answer

Jim, the refrigerator and freezer sensors DA32-10109W would need to be tested for resistance to identify if both have failed or if the main control DA41-00546B (control has been discontinued by the manufacturer and is no longer available) has failed. For the refrigerator thermistor, it should measure 8867 Ohms at 50°F and 12749 Ohms at 34°F. The freezer thermistor should measure 13857 Ohms at 30°F and 39002 Ohms at -10°F. If the thermistors test at the Ohms that the actual temperature inside each cabin is, then the main control has failed. If they test for the resistance of what the display shows, the thermistors have failed.
