Jim D for Model Number Maytag DWU9200bab Can't get lower spray arm off. Tried holding spray arm and turning nozzle CW or CCW?? Either way I get to a point where things bind up and spray arm will not rotate freely. Spray arm is cracked and I have to replace it. HELP!!
