Norman for Model Number WTW5600VQ0 Model No.WTW5600VQ0 Is making loud rubbing noise when spinning I removed the back panel and all I notist were three springs 1 facing rear 1 facing right panel looking from rear to front 1 facing front panel to the left side of front panel. The 1 facing right and front were stretched and the 1 facing rear was collapsed machine is laying on front panel will I have to take tub out to find whats rubbing.I've tried to get repair manual but I'm getting nothing but redoes like mode no.I give and it goes right back to model no.
Answer Hello Norman. You will need to remove the cabinet from the unit and check the suspension spring WPW10250667 on the unit.
