Carol for Model Number WTW4800XQ4 Recently lost wedding ring and believe could be under agitator. How can if remove to check without having a service call? I am old enough to remember doing this as part of cleaning. Thanks Carol
Answer Hello Carol. Unsnap the fabric cup from the top and remove the plastic cover under it. Now remove the 7/16" bolt to remove the agitator from the washer. You will lift it out of the unit. Read More... Answered by AppliancePartsPros.com | Monday, May 9, 2016
