Roy, The model number you supplied is for a range, but the place to start is the water fill valve. Most newer washer automatically select a cold water fill for the rinse cycle. You'll need to check the cold water faucet, the fill hose and fill valve debris screens for clogs and debris, and clean them. After you check, if the problem persists, replace the water valve.
