William C for Model Number WTW5200SQO This washer works fine when the water level is set to the low position. When the medium or high water level is selected it fills properly but it will not agitate but will spin and drain when the time comes. I'm thinking water level switch (Pressure switch)?
Answer William, As long as the drain hose is 38 inches high from the floor, the machine should hold the water and agitate. Check and make sure the air dome hose WP353244 is not clogged or kinked or twisted, then replace the water level switch W10339334. Thanks and Good Luck Read More...
