Rodney for Model Number MZD2663KEB I cannot get water or crushed ice to come out of the dispenser in the door. With the water selected I press my cup into the switch to activate water to come out and full sized ice cubes being sent down the chute instead of water. The strange thing is the flip door that would normally allow ice to come out does not open, but the ice is being sent down the chute. If I select crushed ice the same thing happens, full cubes are sent down the chute but the door does not open. What do you think is wrong?
