Larry for Model Number 10659542991 I recently ordered and replaced the run capacitor AP3128490 (999509) from appliance parts pros after determining that this part was not holding a residual charge and checking resistance. The replacement appeared to correct the issue, however after the refrigerator cooled to the correct temperature it will not cycle on again unless I unplug the unit or turn off at the thermostat or cold control and turn back on again. Is the problem with the cold control? or is there another issue that would cause this problem?
