Ryan J. for Model Number wfw9400sw01 I got the f70 error code on my washer. I bought the user interface board and replaced it since the drum does rotate. This did not fix the problem. Should I replace the CCU or the door lock mechanism? Right now it wont turn on. Only gives the the three short beeps when i hit power button. I can do diagnostic test and I believe it starts with locking the door but that does not happen. Also there is no audible click from the ccu when i plug the washer in. I read there should be a click as in a relay switch when i plug it in
Answer Hello Ryan, If a Central Control Unit Heartbeat Failure is displayed, no communication is detected from the Central Control Unit to the User Interface. Check the following for the issue: 1. Check for continuity of the User Interface harness. 2. Check wire harness connections to the User Interface and the Central Control Unit. (Un-plug and re-connect each connector on both ends) 3.
