Michael for Model Number WFW9400SW02 I have washer that originally displayed F71, after disconnecting and reconnecting F71 changed to F72. no other displays. I had replaced user interface and now there is no display at all. prior to that for a while washer was vibrating intensively. I guess from what I read it could be bad connection between user interface and microcomputer. my drum rotates without problem. the technician tells me that it is hard to check harness and needs to be replaced. is there is a way to check signal out of the microcomputer? once I replaced user interface there is no signal on the display but start button beeps when pushed Thanks in advance for your response, Michael WFW9400SW02
Answer Michael, You will want to check the continuity of the user interface harness to make sure that the harness is not bad. Check the connections of the harness at the interface and the central control unit. If the drum is not moving replace the Central control unit WP8183259. Read More...
