Jim for Model Number KitchenAid 25 cu ft side-by-side refrig/freezer with optical sensors Ice maker stopped working through a full cycle. Water goes in the mold. The water freezes. But the ejector tongs stop when they rotate to the ice cubes still in the mold. The heater works as the ice cubes come loose but then re-freeze to the mold. I don't know if the heater is out of sync with the ejector cycle or if the motor is too week. Or something else? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
