Rrk for Model Number KSRA25CNWH00 The ice maker replacement states p/n AP3182733 has a 185 Watt heater, my original ice maker states 260 Watt heater. Is there any issues with using the lower wattage heater? Or is there a direct part number available with the same heater wattage? Thank you.
Answer Hi RRK. You are using the correct part. There wont be any difference in using a lower wattage heater. The ice maker is factory set for the correct amount of time it takes (5-7 seconds) to be energized to release the cubes. If the manufacture approves this update, then you should be fine. Thank- you.
