Answer Hello Steve, This indicates there is not an issue with the optics and you should look at the icemaker or water valve as the cause of the issue. If the icemaker stopped full of ice, the icemaker 2198597 should be replaced. If it stopped empty, the water valve W10408179 is normally the cause. Read More...
