Answer Rick, You will want to just put your fingers in the icemaker and see if there is ice or water in it. If the unit is not producing ice then you will want to check to see if the light is flashing on the right side wall of the freezer. If the light is flashing then you will want to push the flapper on the side wall and see if the light continues to flash.
