Michael for Model Number 10656666502 Purchased full ice maker from your co.. Used your very helpful video to install. The red light on the right side under the ice maker cycles: 2 blinks then pauses. Is this normal?
Answer Michael, this will indicate one of two things, either the emitter light to the receiver board is being blocked by the flapper, or the optics have a failure. If the flapper door is pressed down and the path of the light signal from the emitter to the receiver is clear, the LED should be solid to indicate the optics are operating as they should.
