Harry for Model Number 106.56533400 My Kenmore side-by-side is not producing ice. Using a different service they helped trouble shoot the problem to the valve inlet switch. Basically the problem is that no water is going into the ice maker. This other service had me disconnect the line to the ice maker and blow into the tube to see if it was frozen. It wasn't so they suggested that I replace the valve. Using this site I ordered and replaced the valve. However, it still does not produce ice. No water is going into the ice maker but the icemaker arm does rotate. Is there some way to verify the ice maker is working properly and is there another part that signals the valve to open to put water into the ice maker? I want to order the correct part.
