David for Model Number 665.16462300 Kenmore Elite dishwasher not working. Thermal fuse is good. Cycles lights not working, options lights will come on when pushed. Dishwasher starts if start button is held in for several seconds but operates on normal mode only, normal wash light lights. Should control panel be replaced?
Answer Hello David, The control (AP3775506) is most likely the cause of this issue. You should remove the kick panel and refer to the tech sheet which should be in a plastic bag on the reverse side of this kick panel.
