Carissa for Model Number MAH8700AWW Model MAH8700AWW S/N 11024481GN. My washer has error code 3E about 6 times during a cycle. I have read it needs a new Control board (part 34001494) but this part is not longer available. Does anyone have any other suggestions!?
Answer Hello Carissa. Machine control is attempting to drive the motor but is not seeing any tach response. Visual check shows motor is not moving. (Locked, Hall Sensor fault).
