Hi Frank. "Dc"-error is the machine never exceeded 400 rpm due to an unbalanced load. The first thing to do is make sure the unit is level front to back and side to side. Make sure the nuts are locked on the legs up against the base when leveled. Remove the top and back. Look to see if the top tub springs are in place. Make sure the shocks are intact below. Shock part # WP34001303. Is the rear pulley nut on fully? Part # 34001271. Is the inner drum run- out OK? You can compare it against the inner door boot edge while in spin to watch for excessive wobble. Thank You.
