Angel for Model Number gew9250pw0 Thanks for the reply! So I should test to see if the interface is even getting power, when it is in a state of non-working. Using a multimeter, how would I go about doing this? What setting on the meter do I put it on, and where should I touch the probes to? Thanks Again!
Answer Hello Angle. On P3-14 and P4-2, you should have .5-1.5 VDC, if there is power coming to the console when the lights are off and the start button is pressed. If not, replace the control board WP8546219. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
