Lawrence, You will want to check the frost pattern of the evaporator coils in the freezer compartment. Check for impacted coils having them completely full of frost as being the issue. If the coils are like this then it is a defrost issue. If the unit does not have impacted coils or have a full frost pattern then the issue will be with the sealed system. The way that the coils should look is a full even frost pattern from top to bottom.
