Brant for Model Number whirlpool du930pwsqo None of the lights on my control panel light up and the dish washer does nothing when you press the start button. I have 122 volts after the thermal fuse where the wires plug into the board itself. How do I determine if it is the board or the panel and ribbon that is my problem?
Answer Hello Brant. You will need to test the thermal fuse 675813. It should read closed for continuity. The wires will hve voltage, but if the fuse is open it will not work. If it is good, replace the control panel. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3. Here is a link on how to use a multi-meter. Hope this helps. http://forum.appliancepartspros.com/oven-repair-including-ranges-cooktops/4810-how-check-continuity-ohmmeter.html Read More...
