Steve T for Model Number du915pwp80 My whirlpool dw started then stopped. No lights on panel. I then tripped the circuit breaker to see if this would correct the problem No success. Could this be the controller, console or some other part? Thanks
Answer Hello Steve. It could be that the thermal fuse 675813 is bad on the unit and will need to be replaced on the unit. If it is open, the unit will be completely dead. You can test this with a multi-meter TJMA-DMT3.
