Glen, With this issue of the unit not cooling properly you will first want to determine if there is a defrost issue. To find out you will need to pull the rear wall in the freezer and check the evaporator coils to see if they are completely frozen up. If they are then you will want to do a continuity test on the heater and the defrost thermostat. If both have continuity then replace the defrost control. To access this you will need to pull the control housing in the refrigerator section.
