Answer Hello Jeanne, If the unit is not getting down to around 15°F in the freezer compartment, this is the issue. The icemaker cannot cycle if the temperature is too high. You need to check for a frost build-up on the back wall of the unit which would indicate a defrost issue. R0161088 is the most common cause of this issue. Read More...
