Bill, The defrost timer on your refrigerator is located on the base of the front of the refrigerator behind the kick plate grille. Once you remove power to the refrigerator and remove the grille on the bottom of the refrigerator, you'll see a bracket attached to the inside of the frame on the center brace. Remove the two screws holding the bracket to the frame and slide the assembly out. Remove the two screws mounting the timer to the bracket and reverse the process to install.
