Randy, Open the freezer door, remove articles off a couple of the freezer shelves and check for heavy frost or ice on the back wall of the freezer compartment. If frost or ice is present you have a defrost issue, and the air isn't circulating properly to cool the compartments. When you open the freezer door, you should hear or feel the evaporator fan circulating the air, if the compressor is running. If not running and no frost or ice, you'll need to check the evaporator fan.
